  • A person who shares with others in the inheritance of an undivided estate or in the rights to it.

    Example sentencesExamples
    • In either of these cases, all the parceners put together make but one heir, and have but one estate among them.
    • So long as the lands continue to descend, they remain parceners.
    • Parceners should, before partition, be jointly sued, though they be entitled to the estate by different descents.
