  • 2Of a sleeve or trouser leg: folded over on itself a number of times to as to be made shorter. Also of a garment: having an edge folded over in this way.

  • 3Designating interest (on a mortgage or other loan) on which payment has been deferred, which is added to the overall debt due at a later date.

  • 4Designating a dividend which has been reinvested to increase the capital value of the investor's holding.
