From post-classical Latin ubiquitarius (adjective) omnipresent, of or relating to the doctrine of the omnipresence of Christ's body (although this is apparently first attested later than in English: 1605 or earlier), (noun) Lutheran who maintained the doctrine that Christ's body was everywhere present at all times from ubiquitas + classical Latin -ārius, probably after Middle French ubiquitaire (noun) Lutheran who maintained the doctrine that Christ's body was everywhere present at all times.
