The salan roti (curry and nans) is being served far too early in the meal and before know you it the trifle and mithay chawal (sweet rice).
They are very happy to have daal chawal, lots of love, and an owner serenading them!
What followed was the most awaited event, the delicious langar (Guru's Prasad) comprising soft and delicious rotis, palak paneer, the irresistible rajma chawal, dal and crisp jalebis.
This is called beras by the Malays, fan by the Chinese, and arisi or chawal by Indians.
